Bach Flower Therapy

Bach flower remedies were developed by Edward Bach in the 1930s with the aim to capture the energetic qualities of plant materials.

Bach believed that dew found on flower petals retain healing properties of that plant. The remedies are intended primarily for emotional and spiritual conditions, including but not limited to grief, anxiety, insomnia and stress.

It is claimed that the remedies contain the "energetic" or "vibrational" nature of the flower and that this can be transmitted to the user.

Life can often become very complicated and we all have times when we find it hard to cope emotionally. After an in-depth consultation with Lisa, she is able to prescribe a tailor-made Bach Flower Remedy to help you through those emotional traumas.
